Julie has worked in the marketing industry – on both agency and client side – for over 20 years. Sometimes working on the biggest or the smallest, the best or the not so best brands, Julie has played her critical role in helping to develop numerous award winning programs at a number of award winning agencies.
Leading and empowering her share of remarkable teams, Julie has had the satisfaction to see the great work that can result when teams bring their big hearts and keen smarts to a project. “I have been coached and mentored by some of the best marketers and leaders in the industry and am proud to say that I have friends that were once clients, colleagues, team mates and bosses. That’s a gift I am immensely grateful for.”
Julie writes a weekly column, that can be found on her blog – Agency Whisperer, that deals with the trials and tribulations of the agency / client relationship. She takes an honest, objective approach as she tries to bridge the gaps in relationships so the focus can revert to delivering great work together.
Julie is also a Certified Executive Coach who helps others with all of the above and more.

It’s easy to be great when everything goes smoothly. It’s my belief that screw ups and mistakes truly define how good you are or how good you can be. It’s all about what you do with the opportunity.”
To feed her soul she does pro-bono work for an organization called Bridge to Health, Medical & Dental. She is an active Board Member and Marketing Chair.
